41. Tips for digesting our current world

The world is hard to be in right now. The shit we need to talk about today is how to meet ourselves in the difficulty of being with and digesting all that is happening, especially since there continues to be one atrocity after another amongst all the other shit that’s been going on.

In this week’s episode, we discuss Ayurveda’s ancient wisdom of strengthening our digestive power through practices that meet us where we are right now in 2023. These practices include:

  • Purposeful pauses and self-love acts throughout the day

  • Evening wind down 

  • Eating
