Foundational must-do practices
If you’re craving more peace, ease, and “control” in your day overall (over what is within your control, that is!), your morning routine is a really important place to start.
A morning routine sets the tone for the day and is a great support to your body and mind. It allows for a steadiness and connection from the very beginning and will support you throughout your day.
There are TONS of practices you can do in the morning to support your well-being and I’m offering eight that are a must for creating a strong foundation that centers your digestion, elimination, connection to yourself, and sets the tone for more ease in your day. Some of these you might already be doing and so you might simply need to make a small shift to make it more potent and some of the practices might be new!
The good thing: they’re simple, pretty easy, and do not take much time!
And the best part - if the rest of your morning or day goes awry, the energy and the rhythm from the rituals will support your nervous system… even when you or the world is losing it’s sh*t.
