1: How to not completely lose yourself at the end of December
If you find yourself feeling completely exhausted, mentally drained, and/or emotionally overloaded this week, this season, or in this chapter of your life, I need you to know:
The reason for your struggle is because your body is calling out for what it needs, and systems of oppression are actively overriding that need year after year (and season after season).
