Kat Soper, Owner - Palm + Pine yoga studio

  • Leading up to Steff’s presentation in our course, our students had been voicing their experiences with burnout and their lack of time to engage in self-care practices. In the weeks after, most of their reflections mentioned the positive impact of Steff's talk, including plans to incorporate more self-care practices in daily routines, an interest to learn more about Ayurveda, and the desire to do something nourishing for themselves during the week as the semester came to a close.  This session was an integral resource in helping them achieve whole health and was vital to their endurance and success in what can be a stressful program.
